The Fountain Health & Wellness Ministry promotes holistic wellness through two connected programs that support the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of our community. FitClub encourages movement and physical activity that support heart health, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment. LiveWell equips participants with practical health and wellness knowledge through dynamic speakers, meaningful conversations, and educational workshops. Together, these programs foster community connection, healthy living, and faithful stewardship of mind, body, and spirit. LiveWell and FitClub meet on the 4th Saturday of most months.
